Recently I am trying to use SPM12 for voxel-based morphology (VBM) method to analyze the deep nuclear size of rhesus monkeys. The template I am using is INIA-19. However, I encountered a problem: after obtaining the standard spatial segmentation image of the macaque, I used the ROI volume calculation script I wrote to calculate the brain area size based on INIA-19. However, in the generated ROIv data, I could not find the size data of the nuclei that I was interested in.

As shown in Figure 1, in the regional brain map of the INIA-19 template, there is a left substantia nigra nucleus numbered 387.

However, after using 'inia19-NeuroMaps.nii' to perform ROI analysis on the template file, there is no project labeled 387 in the analysis results.

My question is: Why does this happen (there are certain nuclei in the partition directory of the INIA-19 template, but there is no data for these nuclei in the ROI calculation results)? How can I solve this problem?
