htShinyExample-5.3 - not working
We were trying to create click action to obtain data from another dataframe using row_index and column_index from the main Oncoprint plot. For this, we were referring to htShinyExample-5.3, which is giving an error in
readChar(con, 5L, useBytes=TRUE): cannot open the connection.
Kindly suggest us an alternative or help us to resolve this error.
