Hi Everyone,

I am trying to run Path-scan module of MuSiC2 on a data I have.

I've already ran bmr calc-covg and bmr calc-bmr, but for path-scan, it seems like MuSiC2 doesn't have any functionality. When I run the module it doesn't return anything and after I checked the github page for MuSiC2, it seems like path-scan is only lister as one of the modules, but there are no functionality to it.

Does anyone know where can I download the tool or if there is any other version of MuSiC2 that support the module?
