scFEA package in R -Create STOICHIOMETRY_MATRIX
Hi everyone
This package is to evaluate the metabolism flux in cell by single-cell RNA-seq data.
The package required a STOICHIOMETRY MATRIX to perform the analysis. The developed provided for human and mouse, but I would like to perform the analysis for another organism. Does some know how to create STOICHIOMETRY_MATRIX file with numbers of -1,0,1?
i know that this question is a quite specific, but I would like to know if someone already use this software or have any knowledge regarding this type of matrix.
