How to download taxonomy/lineage/taxonid information for JGI genome organism codes? (e.g., MycoCosm and PhycoCosm)
I have a list of organism codes from MycoCosm. For example, the following:
Aalte1
Aaoar1
Abobi1
Abobie1
How can I get the taxonomy and lineage information for these organisms?
Is there a way to download metadata tables that contain taxonomy/lineage information for MycoCosm organisms?
Ideally, I would get the NCBI taxonomic identifier for each of these organisms.
