Collecting a set of random taxonomy IDs
I'm looking to generate a random list of bacterial taxonomy IDs from the NCBI taxonomy database. Ideally I'd also be able to apply a couple basic metadata filters to the process as well. Is there a way to do this with E-Utilities or TaxonKit?
