Hi everyone,

I created a PCA that shows the sample metadata. Shape , size and colour for genotype, gender and batch respectively. I also created cluster plot using fviz_cluster.

I only need to add the cluster frames created by fviz_cluster on the PCA plot. Or the other way round; assigning point shape,size and colour according to the variables of interest that I want to represent.

What is the best way to do that please?
