Job: Two Postdoctoral Positions in Spatial Proteomics at Berlin-BUCH | Max-Delbrück-Center

The Coscia lab is undertaking translational research projects to develop and apply innovative spatial proteomics methods for disease phenotyping. We work at the interface between ultra-sensitive (single-cell) mass spectrometry-based proteomics, multiplex imaging and machine learning driven data analysis.

We have recently co-developed Deep Visual Proteomics, a first-of-its-kind approach combining microscopic cell phenotyping with global and quantitative proteomics (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41587-022-01302-5). The candidate(s) will further develop and apply this new and exciting technology in the field of precision oncology.
