Multi omics data integration

Hi researchers. I kindly need help for data integration. I generated metabolic profile (metabolomics data) of macrophage cell line in the lab and I want to integrate this data with RNA seq dataset(transcriptome dataset) of macrophage cell line from public data repositories.Actually, I want to integrate different omics datasets across platforms (such as metabolomics and transcriptomics) and from different resources.

Please guide and send me related papers.

In fact,I want to creat an network and pathways to investigate associates between metabolie-gene . But my problem is that how can i integrate metabic dataset (that generated in my lab) with transcriptome (from public repositories such as GEO) to creat a network?
