Hi everyone i have question about GSE156960 study. when I wanted to download the Fastq files, some samples had 3 replications with different Bases. so I selected the sample with the most Bases. but i got confused. what are the other replicates? the researchers repeated the NGS analysis or ...?? thanks

If you look at this in NCBI SRA Run selector https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Traces/study/?acc=GSE156960&o=acc_s%3Aa

you will see that indeed there are 3 SRA# per sample and they all appear to be 2 x 150 bp datasets. They have the same sample number so it would fair to assume that these are technical replicates. This is supposed to be MBDseq data. Check the associated publication if it sheds any light on the 3 separate submissions. You may end up having to email submitters and confirming the technical replication, if there is nothing in the paper.
