Using compiled binaries for DeepVariant

Hi,

I am trying to run DeepVariant using the binaries referenced in the deepvariant README.md and available at gs://deepvariant/.

I am copying these binaries to a docker image and then running the script run-prereq.sh (for runtime dependencies). This image builds successfully but when I run the corresponding container I cannot find the any deepvariant executables (such as /opt/deepvariant/call_variants). I can see the similarly named file call_variants.zip in the binaries directory.

My question is: What am I missing? How can I actually use the files provided in the binaries directory such as call_variants.zip to run DeepVariant?
