Download VCF for dbsnp 156?

HI,

I need to download a VCF of rsids from dbsnp to update IDs with rsids for another VCF I have.

I seem to be able to find build 151 from 2018 here: https://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/snp/organisms/human_9606_b151_GRCh38p7/VCF/

but if I understand this announcement correct they are on build 156.

Does anyone know where the most recent VCF is?

Have you tried https://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/snp/latest_release/VCF/
