Add 8-mers before and after of my AA change
Hi All, could anyone please help in this?
I have mutational variants (AA change), I would like to add 8 AA before and after to my mutational variants. Is there any way to do this? Actually, I'm trying to run NetMHCons algorithm, so I need this format to find the HLA binding peptides. Your help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
