Dear members, Do you know any metagenomics binner which takes and bins blastx xml/tab results (contain only accession numbers and scores,etc generated by Diamond) and creates bins by taxons? Also Megan has this feature but protein accession to taxonmap DB is more than a year old. THANKS!
