Regarding LncRNA gene expression
Hello,
I am trying to find the gene expression level of LncRNA. I have putative LncRNA which are having id starting with MSTRG and stringtie output of 5 samples has id starting with STRG, I need to find fpkm value from stringtie output. kindly let me know how can I find the fpkm for lncRNA.
