Using Guppy with custom DNA Barcodes
I need to use Guppy to do the basecalling for custom DNA barcodes; it is the first time we use Guppy and/or custom barcoding.
The question is, do we need to take extra considerations for custom DNA barcodes? Are standard barcodes learnt during the training of Guppy neural net that makes Guppy work only for standard DNA barcodes?
