Not finding proper flowcell and kit in ont-guppy/6.1.1-1
Hi all,
I need to do some basecalling using ont-guppy/6.1.1-1, but the configuration (flowcell and kit) is not present despite this being the last version of the software. I wonder if which other configuration would you use to replace the missing:
FLO-MIN114:SQK-LSK114
