Automatically construct a genus-level data matrix using sequences from GEBANK, for phylogenetic analyses

Hi everyone,

I want to use the sequences from NCBI GENBANK to build a genus-level datamatrix for an order, which has about 40 families and 30000 genera. There are many methods/software that can download sequences from GENBANK. There is also a software named SUMAC, which can generate data matrix. However, it will generate species level datamatrix, which is too much data for me. Does anyone konw a software can do my job?

I appreciate your help.

Best, Lingyun
