SRA toolkit access denied
I was trying to get data from NCBI using SRA toolkit.
As usual, I did prefetch and faster-dump commands, but access denied error was occurred.
prefetch.2.11.0 err: query unauthorized while resolving query within virtual file system module - failed to resolve accession 'SRR------' - Access denied - please request permission to access phs------ / GRU in dbGaP. ( 403 )
This is human brain data, so I understood I need permission to use. But how can I get the permission? I don't have dbGap account.
If I have to create dbGap account, please tell how to create the account. I couldn't understand the way to do when I had tried to.

You need to apply for access via your PI/institution formally as described https://dbgap.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/aa/wga.cgi?page=login
That is a lengthy and annoying process that will take weeks so think twice whether you really need these raw data and whether it is worth the effort.
