conda error

Hello guys, I am using Mac terminal Anaconda3. I couldn't fix the error. I am getting the error as I posted below. Could you pls help me with the issue?

Solving environment: unsuccessful initial attempt using frozen solve. Retrying with flexible solve.

Based on your past threads you seem to be having ongoing trouble with your conda installation. Perhaps conda clean -i may help.
