How to create a haplotype map?

Hi there,

I want to check some sample swapping in my data and I'm using CrosscheckReadGroupFingerprints. I downloaded a haplotype map from this other response but it's not working.

I've read the documentation but I cannot create or download this "reference". Anyone can help me, please? Thanks.
