how to input bedpe file in IGV
Hello,
I have a bedpe file with interacting region and its interacting score.
I want to view this bedpe file in IGV. But its showing error when inputing.
The file (bedpe) look like this:
When I input the file in IGV:
File> Load from File> select .bedpe file
It shows error:
Error loading C:\Users\OneDrive\files\hg38_ifregion_hic.bedpe: null
Does anyone know how to solve this error.Is there anything wrong with the input file. I don't know why its showing null.

are you using the correct reference (chr in bed undefined in the reference genome). Did you try to index the bed file https://software.broadinstitute.org/software/igv/igvtools ?
