Chip-Seq data for RNA Polymerase 1
Hello friends,
I am in need of chip-seq data for RNA Polymerase 1 (preferably core subunits). I have been searching it for weeks in Chip-Atlas, ncbi and ENCODE. However, I have only got 3 chip-seq data so far and that too of low depth. Do you guys know where I should be searching for it? or is it so that there are just these 3 chip-seq data available for polymerase 1?

You can look at GEO. For instance, searching for POLR1A (the largest Pol I subunit) leads to a some Pol I ChIP-seq in mice and human cells from the (Diesch et al., 2009) and the (Sanij el al., 2015) papers.
