Asked for Insilico conversion tools of DNA to RNA
Hi I have sequenced amplicon based sequencing for 18 gene in mini seq. Now i wanted to convert that fastq gene sequence into RNA. The reason is that,i want to do some system biology related analysis through this genes. In order to do that i need transcriptional data. So it will be highly appreciated ,if anyone suggest me some tools related to that.

Converting a DNA sequence to RNA is not the same as having transcriptional data.
You need to do an actual RT-PCR or RNAseq experiment to obtain transcriptional signal.
