GOseq for Listeria monocytogenes

Hello,

I’m currently working on RNA seq analysis of Listeria monocytogenes biofilm. I want to use GOseq 1.34.1 package for gene ontology. Could someone please help me with how can I use GOseq for listeria monocytogenes?
