UCSC Xena browser subgroup DNA Methylation data by beta value for a specific probe
I am interested in the methylation status of a specific probe in glioma. I could see instructions on how to make a subgroup by gene expression or mutation status, but does anyone know how to specify the DNA Methylation probe and then make a grouping by the beta value?
