Need help with cBioPortal data
I am working on the cBioPortal MSKCC glioma dataset. I am not able to find the age of the patients or MGMT methylation status. Does anyone know if this data is available in a raw form on GitHub and if so, can you help me get it as I have no experience dealing with GitHub? Many thanks.
