KEGGList Error in R
Hi, I'm working with pathfinder and I'm setting the KEGG pathway about rattus norvegicus, but... When I search for pathways or anything else for my reference specie, I get this error:
pathways.list <- keggList("pathway", "rno") Error in curl::curl_fetch_memory(url, handle = handle):Failure when receiving data from the peer I have installed the latest version of R and KEGG Package. What should I do? Can You help me? Thanks
