How can I retrive the actual amino acid and the alternative amino acid (if any cordon changes happened due to editing)?
I have list of RNA editing sites and the gene ID and the coordinates. Now my question is how can I retrieve the actual amino acid and the alternative amino acid (if any cordon changes happened due to RNA editing)? I can able to search individualy but as there are lot of editing sites it will be time consuming to check individually.
