Check most expressed isoform of mouse gene in specific tissue
Hi everyone, here's my question:
What would be the best way to assess which isoform of a gene is expressed in a specific mouse tissue?
Which databases would be best? MGI/FANTOM/others...?
A step-by-step description of the procedure would be much appreciated.
