95% CI for AUC in R
I'm working on binomial logistic regression and multinomial logistic regression. For both I want to calculate 95% CI for AUC. But I have 11 test samples, 10 = case, 1= control. I have tried pROC package that needs atleast 3 samples in each response to calculate 95% CI, I'm getting results as NA-NA. Is there any package which can accept 1 sample ?
