multiplex pcr PRIMER

Hi all,

We are trying to test the performance of the enzyme using multiplex PCR products on e-gel.

Since there are quite a lot of considerations on primer design, can anyone share those primer sequences for human sapiens , like 30plex, or any publications that we can refer.
