I looking for a book reference book for clip-seq data analysis. I could process the files but peak calling is my worry. Also, from the peaks i'm interested to extract features along with motif. There are plenty of articles out there but most of the articles which i read is not clear to me. so, are there any book that can dedicated to clip seq analysis? if yes, please provide the link (could be anything articles)
