I have just discovered the NMF package and its aheatmap() function. I would like to customize side colors. I have tried as follows: on the annColargument I have put the two variables I want side bars for, let us say A and B. On the annColors argument I have put a list with two elements, named A and B, where color names appear from "red" to "cyan" (i.e. four different colors), attributed for each element on that dimension on the heat map and for each variable A and B. As a result, the heat map is produced, with to side bars, but the colors are not the ones I asked for. Any hints about this?
