Installing EVcouplings in my ubuntu system locally (command line)

Hello all ,

I need to install EVcouplings software in my ubuntu system through command .Then I need to run EVcompex from that to find the coupling between two proteins. I explored the git-hub page of EVcouplings for installation but I am not able to do so .Can you help me with the commands and steps to install and run the same .That will be very helpful.
