Hello!
I want to use the WholeGenomeMultiChromosome.pl script for six frames translation provided in the publication https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0082981. The paper mentions that it is available at http://proteomics.ucsd.edu/Downloads/ but the link is not working now.
Does anyone know where I can get the WholeGenomeMultiChromosome.pl script?

I like that you are an optimist, but that paper is almost 10 years old. It would be nice if all the scripts were available forever in the same spot as originally advertised. For a variety of reasons, that is not always possible.
I even googled it in case you didn't, but no luck there either.
Yes, I agree. I want to compare their method so I am trying to keep things consistent as possible. I couldn't find it on Google, so I thought it's worth a shot posting here if anyone knows where the script is now.
