Questions about HVGs and HEGs in single cell research
Hi, I wonder if there are any resarch summary to compare single cell research based on highly expressed genes (hegs) or highly variable genes (hvgs). Currently I am working on a project related to gene selection, and hegs and hvgs give me two different conclusions and training process. My model cannot converge based on hegs. Thanks.
