Exon 1 coverage of ADAMTS2 gene
Hello,
I'm working on Human WGS samples, sequenced in Illumina using NextEra kit. Oddly, there has been coverage issue for exon 1 of ADAMTS2 gene that showed poor or no coverage for many samples. Can someone let me know what could be the root cause for this?
