Move Cytoscape "CytoscapeConfiguration" directory

Hi,

Is it possible to move the CytoscapeConfiguration subdirectory to a different location other than the user's home directory (http://manual.cytoscape.org/en/stable/Cytoscape_Preferences.html)?

Hi Lucy,

Well, you could set up a symbolic link from the user's home directory to another directory, but Cytoscape will always look in the user's home directory for CytoscapeConfiguration.

Ok thanks, it was more the look of it in the home directory that was bothering me.
