GSEA: different species in gene set and RNA-seq data
I have RNA-seq data of Rat. I wish to do GSEA. However, all relevant gene sets that I found in MSigDB is from mice (see image). Is there any way to use these gene sets for GSEA? Or did I made any mistakes in searching for the gene sets?
