RNA-seq datasets with raw read counts for two group comparison
Hi all, I have found six rna-seq datasets on GEO which have raw counts data. I need at least 6 more such datasets. The datasets should contain samples information from normal and case (like healthy vs prostate cancer). I would be really thankful if you could introduce me GEO accession Ids or any other resources to download datasets with such quality.
