Replication of loci on GCTA tools
Hallo there I'm new to this analysis. I have detected some signals in GWAS analysis and I wish to replicate these loci in another cohort. I am a bit confused about how to replicate this locus. I will appreciate it if you will give me some hints on how to go about it or even if there is any tutorial for doing this. Thank you very much
