I am confused about the lncRNA (long non-coding RNA) prediction if I want to predict the lncRNA sequence against Biotic or Abiotic stress applied on the plant.

In order to achieve my goal, what type of RNA Sequences (NCBI-SRA/GEO) is required to download from NCBI other sources?

According to the literature after the Prediction of the lncRNA sequence, the next step is to validate the expression profiles (predicted sequence) in the wet laboratory.
