Combining TF PWMs
Interested in ways of making combinatorial PWMs of TF motifs not previously combined, an example of one such already combined motif is below (AP-1 heterodimer). Thanks.

Not sure what you mean here. The AP-1 site is palindromic and is bound by both homo- and hetero-dimers, so it isn't made by combining anything.
What I mean is the Fosl2::Jun PWM I listed the link to above is slightly different from other AP-1 PWMs with different AP-1 subunits (e.g. FOS::JUN) - and I wanted to create one for two subunits that do not yet have a PWM (yet have individual subunit motifs).
Any ideas? Thanks.
