CNA/LOH caller on WGS data and chromosomal instability index

Dear all,

Any recommendation regarding the CNA/LOH caller that you found more suitable for WGS data, in order to compute a CIN (chromosome instability index) ? Which algorithm would you recommend for CIN estimation ?
