Recombination Information Content score (RIC score) calculation for Recombination signal sequences (RSSs) DNA
Hi , I would like to calculate RIC score of Recombination signal sequences (RSSs) DNA in human and mice for 12 RSS and 23 RSS.
Is there any R script available to calculate RIC score. Currently I am calculating RIC score using this site https://www.itb.cnr.it/rss/help.html
