STAR Alignment

Hi everyone,

I'm trying learn RNA-seq tools. I got some progress, Now I'm struggling with STAR.

I'm trying start to STAR-ALIGNMENT on Mac Catalina terminal.

I installed STAR by brew, my problem is code for Mac. If anyone has code for Mac terminal star tool, Can share with me, please?

The code for the mac terminal will be the same as linux, so you can follow the STAR manual as is.
