Where are the barcode sequences of the ion torrent data
I have a pool of NIPT data which are including of 6 samples and I need to demultiplex them to individual samples, although I don't know exactly where are the barcodes to use for demultiplexing. I'd like to use Cutadapt to do that. Maybe it is a plain question as I am new in ion torrent data analysis. How can I find the barcodes in this type of data?
