Any way to search [GEO, etc] by library prep protocol (looking for published single-cell multi-ome data)?
does anyone know if there is a way to search (eg GEO, zenodo, etc) for paired RNA/ATAC datasets like this one?
Ideally, there would be a way to search databases by library prep protocol. Here is the illumina multiome protocol that was used for the above data.
