osiris fsa file handling
Hi all,
Recently, I am trying to look for the peaks in my fsa files. I have tried with genemapper from TFS demo version, but i am getting a driver issue for loading the software. So, I am trying to use Osiris for fragment analysis in the FSA files. As per osiris, one needs to know about "lab setting and operating procedure name" for loading FSA file. So, how can i load my files.
Anyone can explain how can I load FSA files in osiris and how to understand correct operating procedure.
